Fresh from a move from Singapore, the clients had recently purchased a new home in the coastal community of Orienta, New York. With a deep appreciation for art, design, and vibrant colour, they arrived with a clear sense of what they loved — including a striking collection of contemporary art — but needed help pulling it all together into a cohesive, livable space.
My role was to translate their refined taste into a layered interior that balanced personality with practicality. We worked closely to create a design plan that honoured their existing pieces, introduced playful pops of colour, and brought warmth and flow to each room. Furnishings were selected to complement — not compete with — the artwork, allowing their collection to shine while still creating a home that felt comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together.
The result is a space that reflects the clients’ creativity, global perspective, and love of bold yet elegant design. It’s a home that continues to evolve with them — a true reflection of the belief that interiors are most successful when they grow and change alongside the people who live in them.
